The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs has won six awards at the 2025 Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards, which are sponsored by the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Chamber of Commerce and Industry and are among the region’s most prestigious awards, recognising achievements in business excellence and outstanding services.
In detail, Abu Dhabi Customs was crowned with three gold awards. The first, for “Excellence in Innovation in Government”, was awarded to the Quality Team. The second, for “Most Innovative Sustainable Partnership”, recognised the efforts of the Stakeholders Management Department. The third gold award, “Mentor of the Year”, was presented to the Director of the Development and Strategic Planning Division.
Additionally, Abu Dhabi Customs received three silver awards. One silver award was in the category of “Innovation in Technology Management Planning”, won by the Excellence and Institutional Performance Department. Another silver award was in the category of “Innovation in AI and ML”, won by the Information Technology Division. The final silver award, for “Innovative Women of the Year”, was presented to the Head of the Data Management Department.
