The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs signed a memorandum of understanding with Burjeel Holdings Group on enhancing cooperation and providing health and therapeutic services and care to employees, on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare week organized by the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi under the theme "accelerating the future of global healthcare", during the period from May 13 to 15, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center "ADNEC".

The MoU was signed by Mr. Fahad Ghareeb Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the support services sector at Abu Dhabi Customs, and Mr. Hamad Ahmed Al Hosani, Chief Corporate Officer at Burjeel holdings.

The MoU comes within the framework of Abu Dhabi Customs ' keenness to develop a joint mechanism for mutual cooperation with Burjeel Holding Group and benefit from its various related services in the field of providing the best medical services and consultations and supporting health care for Abu Dhabi Customs employees and their families, in line with the strategic objectives and in line with the directives of the wise leadership and the vision of the Abu Dhabi government in providing advanced care that enhances the health and quality of life of community members.

It also aims to strengthen coordination and partnership in organizing social responsibility projects, national and local awareness campaigns, joint sports and cultural activities, in addition to providing special educational lectures in the areas of quality of life and psychological and physical health, providing periodic medical examinations and physical fitness programs for employees to enhance their health safety and prevent them from diseases in order to achieve the highest levels of well-being and happiness in a positive and stimulating work environment that enhances productivity and contributes to the advancement of society.
